Terms of Usage

1. Your License
You get a personal, non-transferable license to use Optic for lawful document scanning and management. Do not reuse Optic code, trademarks, or designs without permission.
2. Accounts and Access
You are responsible for your device and any activity in the app. Keep your device secure and comply with local laws when using scans.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
Some features need a paid plan. Purchases and renewals are handled by the app store you use. Plans auto-renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. Prices can change; new prices show before renewal.
4. Acceptable Use
Do not scan or share illegal content, violate others' rights, attack our services, or use Optic to build a competing service. We may suspend access for misuse.
5. Intellectual Property
Optic and its content are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer the app except where the law allows.
6. Disclaimers
Optic is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that the app will fit every need. Use the app at your own risk.
7. Liability Limit
To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to the app is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the last 12 months, or $50 if you paid nothing.
8. Termination
You can stop using Optic at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms or the law. Some rights and duties, like payment and limits of liability, continue after termination.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. We will post the new date above. If you keep using Optic after changes, you accept the new terms.
